Recommended: Yes 		Like the rest of the world I have been sucked into the idea that yogurt has transformed from a cheap desert into the cornerstone of healthy digestion. I’ve no idea if its true or not but why take the risk when there is nice yogurt going? The Proviact yogurt contains bifidobacteria BB12 which it claims “helps to influence the activity of the immune system”. I have no idea if this is as “good” a bacteria as in the other proactive yogurts on the market but it seems to be keeping me in good shape and is damn tasty to boot. The yogurt is a creamy vanilla and goes very well with cinnamon sprinkled on top (note to Lidl, please stock cinnamon!)
